When you send the contact form or the consultation form we collect:

• your full name and email address (required);
• your phone number and company name (optional);
• the service you are interested in (consultation form only);
• the message you write;
• your confirmation that we may use these details to reply.

Please do not include passport or ID numbers, bank or card details or patient information. The forms do not ask for them and are not designed to receive them.

We also receive some technical information when you use the website, such as your IP address and browser details. We use it to keep the website secure and to limit repeated or abusive form submissions.

• To reply to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about.
• To protect the forms from spam and abuse. The forms use a hidden spam-trap field, a limit on repeated submissions and a Cloudflare Turnstile spam check.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use the details you send through the forms for advertising. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies at present (see the Cookie Policy).

Your enquiry is sent by email to the Nexoviz business mailbox (info@nexoviz.com) and is read by our team. We share personal data only:

• with service providers that help us run the website and send and receive email, such as our hosting and email service providers, and Cloudflare for the Turnstile spam check;
• when the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and for ordinary record-keeping.

You may ask to access, correct or delete the details you have sent us. Email info@nexoviz.com and tell us what you would like us to do.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), checks on the data entered in forms and spam controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
