Cloud-based invoicing for businesses in Dubai

Cloud-based invoicing keeps your invoices and customer records online, so you and your team can work from any device with an internet connection. The Nexoviz team handles set-up and support. This page explains the options and how to start.

Who it is for

It suits businesses whose people work in different places: owners who travel, teams split between an office and the field, or companies with more than one branch. It also suits anyone who wants invoices out of a single computer's files.

This page is about business invoicing software. UAE e-invoicing is a separate subject, described on its own page and linked under related services.

What we do

Depending on your needs, a cloud-based set-up can include the following.

  • Access from any device

Create and check invoices from a phone, tablet or computer.

  • Shared team access

Give colleagues their own log-in, with access matched to their role.

  • Recurring invoices

Set invoices that repeat on a schedule you choose.

  • Payment reminders

Prepare reminders for customers whose invoices are still open.

  • Hosting and backups

Agree where the system is hosted and how backups are arranged. The arrangements are written down for the project.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Discuss how your team works

Who invoices, from where, and on which devices.
  2. Step 2: Agree the set-up

Choose features, users and how existing records are brought in.
  3. Step 3: Set up, import and test

Prepare the system, move your records across and check them with you.
  4. Step 4: Train and support

Show your team how to use it and agree how support continues.

What we need from you

Bring what you have. Gaps can be filled in during scoping.

  • Existing records

Customer lists and past invoices you want to keep, in whatever form they exist.

  • Team and roles

Who needs access and what each person should be able to do.

  • Devices and locations

Where and on what your team will use the system.

  • Your invoicing rules

Numbering, payment terms, currencies and approvals.

Online or on your own computer?

Online invoicing is convenient when several people or places are involved. A single computer can be enough for a one-person business that rarely travels. We explain the trade-offs in plain language, including who looks after hosting and backups, and you choose. If a simpler set-up fits you better, we say so.

Whichever you choose, think about what happens if the person who set things up leaves, and where the instructions are kept. We write the key details down at hand-over so that the business does not depend on one person's memory.

Frequently asked questions

What does cloud-based mean here?
The system and its data are kept on online servers rather than on one computer in your office, so authorised people can reach them from different devices.
Can I move my existing invoices across?
Usually some of them can. What is possible depends on how your records are kept now, and we discuss it before the project is agreed.
Who looks after backups?
Backup and hosting arrangements are agreed in writing for each project, so you know who is responsible for what.
Can I add or remove users later?
Yes, that can be arranged. Tell us how your team may change and we will plan for it.
What does it cost?
We do not publish fixed fees. Cost depends on the scope and on how the system is hosted, and we discuss it after your enquiry.
Can my staff reach it when they are travelling?
Access from different places is the main purpose of an online set-up. Which devices and locations are supported is agreed during scoping, and access can be limited by role. Tell us who travels and what they need to do on the move.

Invoice from anywhere?

Tell us how your team works and we will describe a sensible set-up.
