Digital invoice system for UAE businesses

A digital invoice system lets your business create, send and track customer invoices in one place instead of across documents and spreadsheets. The Nexoviz team sets it up around the way you invoice. This page explains what it covers and how a project runs.

Who it is for

It suits businesses that issue invoices regularly and want them to look consistent, go out promptly and be easy to find later: service firms, trading companies, freelancers who have grown into a company, and shops with account customers.

This page is about business invoicing software. UAE e-invoicing is a separate subject with its own page, linked under related services.

What we do

A project can include some or all of the following, depending on what you need.

  • Invoice templates

Invoices that show your business name, logo, numbering style and payment terms the way you want.

  • Sending invoices

Send invoices to customers by email from the same place you created them.

  • Status tracking

See at a glance which invoices are draft, sent, paid or overdue.

  • Customer records

Keep customer details on file so nobody retypes them for each invoice.

  • Reminders and search

Prepare reminders for unpaid invoices and find any past invoice quickly.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Review how you invoice today

Look at your current invoices, who creates them and where they are stored.
  2. Step 2: Agree what the system covers

Decide on templates, users and the features you need first.
  3. Step 3: Set up and test

Build the system and try it with sample invoices before real use.
  4. Step 4: Hand over

Walk your team through it and agree how questions and changes are handled.

What we need from you

The more you can share, the easier it is to describe a sensible scope.

  • Current invoice samples

Examples of the invoices you send now, with any details you want to keep.

  • Customer and item lists

A list of customers and of the products or services you invoice for.

  • Your invoicing rules

Numbering, payment terms, currencies and who approves an invoice before it goes out.

  • Who needs access

The people who create, approve, send or only view invoices.

Decisions worth making early

A few choices make a project smoother: how invoices are numbered, who may edit an invoice after it has been sent, which currencies you use and how corrections are recorded. We raise these in the first conversation and write the answers into the scope. We check them again when we test with sample invoices, so there are no surprises when real invoices start to go out.

Frequently asked questions

Can the invoices use my own design?
Yes, that is a normal part of the work. Share your logo and any layout you already use, and we agree how the invoice should look.
Will it connect to my accounting records?
Connections to other systems can be part of the project or handled as a separate piece of work. Tell us what you use today and we will discuss the options.
Who owns the system and the data in it?
Ownership, licensing and how your data is handled are agreed in writing before work starts.
Can several people use it with different permissions?
Access by role can be discussed when we agree the scope, for example who may create, approve or only view invoices.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
That depends on scope, so we do not publish fixed fees or timelines. Describe how you invoice and we will discuss it with you.
Can I try it before it goes live?
Yes. Testing with sample invoices is part of the process, and you review the results before real invoices are sent. We suggest a short period of close checking after launch, so that anything unexpected is found early and corrected together.
