Sales and purchase management for UAE businesses

Sales and purchase management keeps quotes, orders, purchases and supplier bills in one system, so everyone sees the same figures. The Nexoviz team sets it up to follow the way your business buys and sells.

Who it is for

It suits trading companies, distributors, contractors and service firms that buy in order to sell, and that currently track orders across emails, messages and spreadsheets.

What we do

A project can cover the sales side, the purchase side or both.

  • Quotes and sales orders

Prepare quotes, turn accepted quotes into orders and follow each order to completion.

  • Purchase orders

Raise orders to suppliers and record what has been received.

  • Supplier bills

Record bills against purchase orders and see what is due.

  • Approvals

Route larger orders or bills to a named person before they proceed.

  • Order history

Find any past quote, order or bill by customer, supplier or date.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Map your buying and selling

Follow an order from first request to payment and note where it gets stuck.
  2. Step 2: Agree the workflow

Decide the stages, documents and approvals the system should reflect.
  3. Step 3: Build and test with real examples

Run typical orders through it before your team relies on it.
  4. Step 4: Hand over

Train your team and agree how changes and support are handled.

What we need from you

Gather what you can from the people who do the work every day.

  • Your current process

How a quote, order or purchase moves today, even if it is informal.

  • Sample documents

Quotes, purchase orders and supplier bills you use now.

  • Approval rules

Who must agree to what before an order or payment goes ahead.

  • Connected systems

Accounting or stock tools the new system should work alongside.

Starting small

You do not have to change everything at once. A common start is quotes and orders, or purchase orders alone, with supplier bills and approvals added once the team is comfortable. A smaller first release is quicker to test and easier to learn. We help you choose the order that causes the least disruption to daily work.

It also helps to name one person who owns the process and decides how exceptions are handled. When a rule is unclear, work slows down. We write the agreed rules down during scoping so that everyone follows the same steps.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need both the sales and the purchase side?
No. Some businesses start with one side and add the other later. We agree the first scope with you.
Can it show what is in stock?
If stock matters to you, the project can be linked to stock tracking. See the inventory and POS page for what that involves.
Can it work with my accounting records?
Possibly. It depends on what you use, and any connection is scoped with you. See the API and system integration page for how connections are handled.
Who owns the finished system?
Ownership, licensing and data handling are agreed in writing before the project starts.
How much will it cost?
We do not publish fixed fees or timelines. Scope decides both, and we discuss them after your enquiry.
Can it handle approvals for larger orders?
Yes, approval steps can be part of the workflow. You decide who approves what, and the system records the decision. We agree these rules with you during scoping and test them with example orders before launch.
