Product and stock records
Items, variants, units and quantities held in one list.

Finance and business solutions
Inventory control shows what you hold, and a point-of-sale (POS) system records what you sell at the counter. The Nexoviz team can set up either, or both together, for shops, restaurants and trading firms.
It suits retailers, restaurants and cafes, wholesalers and trading firms that count stock by hand, find mismatches between shelf and records, or want sales at the till to update stock automatically.
A project can include some or all of the following.
Items, variants, units and quantities held in one list.
Record goods received, sold, returned or moved between locations.
A till screen for ringing up sales and printing or sending receipts.
Flag items that have fallen to a level you set.
Connect stock levels to the orders you place with suppliers.
Your product list is the most useful starting point.
Names, codes, units and prices, even if it is only a spreadsheet.
How many shops, stores or counters will use the system.
Which screens, printers or scanners you already have or want to use. We discuss the options with you.
Your usual routine for deliveries, returns and end-of-day checks.
A stock system shows what has been recorded, so it is only as reliable as the routines behind it. Receiving goods, returns, damaged items and transfers all need to be entered the same way every time. We agree simple routines with you, write them down and show staff how to follow them, including how to run a stock count and correct differences.
Decide early how products are named and coded. Inconsistent names create duplicate items and confusing stock figures. We help you agree a naming pattern before products are loaded, because it is much harder to repair afterwards.
Tell us what you sell, where, and how you track it now.
