AI agents for business

An AI agent handles a defined task, such as sorting incoming requests or drafting replies, and people review the results. The Nexoviz team scopes the task, builds the agent and agrees the checks with you.

Who it is for

It suits teams that spend hours reading, sorting or summarising the same kinds of material: customer requests, supplier emails, forms or documents. The task needs to be clear enough to describe in steps.

Rule-based automation of simple repeat tasks is covered on the business automation page.

What we do

Examples of defined tasks an agent can support.

  • Sorting requests

Read incoming messages and label or route them to the right person.

  • Drafting replies

Prepare a draft answer for a person to check and send.

  • Summarising

Condense long threads, notes or documents into short summaries.

  • Extracting details

Pull names, dates and amounts from documents into a form.

  • Preparing next steps

Suggest follow-up actions for a person to accept or change.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Pick one task

Describe it step by step, with examples of good results.
  2. Step 2: Decide where people check

Agree which results are reviewed before anything is sent or saved.
  3. Step 3: Build and test

Try the agent on real examples and adjust until the results are useful.
  4. Step 4: Run and review

Start with close supervision and widen the agent's role only if you choose to.

What we need from you

Examples are the most useful thing you can bring.

  • The task

What is done, by whom, and what a good result looks like.

  • Sample material

Anonymised or example messages and documents to test with.

  • Reviewers

The people who will check results and decide what happens next.

  • Access

The systems the agent needs to read from or write to.

Limits and human review

AI agents can make mistakes, so results are checked by people. The agent supports your team and does not replace its judgement. You remain responsible for decisions made using the results.

Start with a trial where the agent prepares work and a person completes it. Once your team has seen how it behaves, you can decide whether any step needs less checking. We do not recommend removing review for anything sent to customers or saved to your records.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agent act without anyone checking?
We recommend that people review results, especially anything sent to customers or saved in your records. How much review applies is agreed with you.
What is the difference from a chatbot?
A chatbot talks with visitors. An agent works on a defined task in the background, such as sorting requests. They can be combined.
Which tasks are not suitable?
Tasks that need professional judgement, or where a mistake would be hard to undo, are poor candidates. We tell you when we think a task should stay with people.
How is data handled?
Data handling is agreed in writing for each project, including which data the agent may see.
What does it cost?
We do not publish fixed fees or timelines. Cost depends on the task and the systems involved, and we discuss it after your enquiry.
Can an agent work with my existing systems?
Often it can, depending on whether those systems allow a connection. We check this during scoping and tell you plainly if a task would need extra integration work first.

Which task would you start with?

Describe a repeated task and what a good result looks like.
