Software and AI solutions
An AI chatbot answers common questions on your website or messaging channels using the information you give it, and passes anything else to your staff. The Nexoviz team builds it and agrees its limits with you.
It suits businesses that receive the same questions again and again, such as opening details, service descriptions or how to book, and want visitors to get a reply while staff focus on other work.
This page is about text chat. Voice calls and task agents have their own pages.
A chatbot project can include the following.
The chatbot draws on material you approve, such as service descriptions and policies.
When it cannot help, it passes the conversation to a named person or team.
It asks for the details your team needs to follow up.
You decide how it speaks and which topics it must not answer.
Staff can read past conversations and improve the chatbot over time.
The quality of the content you provide shapes the quality of the replies.
Documents, web pages or notes the chatbot may use.
Examples from emails, calls and messages.
Which languages visitors use. We confirm what is possible.
Who takes over a conversation and how they are notified.
A chatbot can give an incomplete or wrong answer. Staff should review conversations, and the chatbot should hand over when it is unsure. It should not be used for decisions that need professional judgement. You remain responsible for what is said in your name.
Consider what the chatbot should not do. You may prefer that it never gives prices, professional opinions or promises about delivery, and refers those questions to a person. We write these boundaries into the set-up and test them with deliberately awkward questions.
