AI-powered business solutions

This page gives a high-level view of where AI can support a business and how to choose a sensible first project. The Nexoviz team helps you decide whether AI suits the problem at all, and builds it if it does.

Who it is for

It suits business owners and managers who hear a lot about AI and want a clear, sober view of where it might help in sales, service, finance or operations, without committing to a large programme.

What we do

AI can support work in several areas. Each area is only a starting point for discussion.

  • Sales

Sorting enquiries, drafting follow-ups and preparing summaries for the sales team.

  • Customer service

Answering common questions and passing the rest to people.

  • Finance

Reading documents, extracting details and preparing items for review.

  • Operations

Sorting, routing and summarising the information that moves through the business.

How it works

Choosing a first project is often more useful than choosing a technology.

  1. Step 1: List candidate tasks

Note repeated tasks that involve reading, writing or sorting.
  2. Step 2: Pick one

Choose a task that is clear, contained and easy to check.
  3. Step 3: Decide the checks

Agree who reviews the results and what happens when they are wrong.
  4. Step 4: Start small

Build and test one project, then decide what to do next.

What we need from you

No technical background is needed.

  • Where time goes

The tasks that take your team the most effort.

  • The information involved

What data those tasks use and how sensitive it is.

  • Your cautions

Anything that must stay with people or must never be automated.

Three common routes

Most first projects fall into one of these. Each has its own page.

Limits and human review

AI can be wrong, so results need review by people. It supports decisions and does not make them for you.

A useful first question is what would happen if the AI got it wrong. If the answer is a minor inconvenience that a person would notice, the task is a reasonable candidate. If the answer is serious, keep people in charge and use AI only to prepare information.

Whatever the task, agree in advance who checks the output, how often, and what a person does when something looks wrong. Write the answers down so that the whole team knows where AI stops and where people take over, and revisit them as the project grows.

Frequently asked questions

Does my business need AI?
Not necessarily. Some problems are better solved with ordinary software or a changed process. We tell you if we think AI is not the right fit. Starting with a conversation about the task is a low-pressure way to find out whether AI is needed at all.
Where should we begin?
With one clear task that is easy to check. A small first project teaches more than a large plan.
How is our data handled?
Data handling is agreed in writing for each project, including which data may be used.
Will AI replace my staff?
Our projects are designed to support your team with defined tasks. People review results and make the decisions.
Is one small project really enough to start?
A small project shows what works in your setting, how your team reacts and what needs checking, before you commit more. It is also easier to review, pause or stop if it turns out not to fit.
